VitaL Drive Ltd was established in 2009 by the owner - Bill MacLelland a retired Police Officer and former Police Driving Instructor. Now a qualified and authorised Driving Standards Agency Instructor, Registered Number 344126. Vital Drive is a single vehicle Driving School committed to providing a high and personal service to clients using both Learner Driver Training and Advanced Driver training techniques. The vehicle used is a Vauxhall Vectra diesel which when driven, pupils find and testify to it being an excellent vehicle of a realistic size and has controls that are user friendly. Intensive and Advanced training is also offered as well as other packages which you will find more about here.
If you choose VitaL Drive as your school to learn to drive, you will find an emphasis put on road safety and you'll be made aware of what to try and expect on our modern day roads. You will also benefit from an Instructor who has a vast experience of driver training to the highest level and will not only prepare you for a driving test, but will have an even bigger emphasis on teaching driving skills for the many hazards encountered in modern day traffic.
Defensive Advanced Driving.
VitaL Drive as a company also offers training in Defensive and Advanced Driving should this be required. We can also facilitate skid training and road familiarisation training as part of corporate packages for company employees which on successful completion of the appropriate exams and training can involve qualification for a Scottish Qualification Customised Award in relation to "Safer Driving". Bill is a fluent Gaelic speaker and Gaelic lessons are available.
